A daughter of Sthenelus son of Perseus and of Nicippe daughter of Pelops — sister to Alcyone and to Eurystheus in the royal house at Mycenae.1
I
When Apollodorus counts the children of Sthenelus and Nicippe at Mycenae he names two daughters, Alcyone and Medusa, and afterward the son Eurystheus. Beyond the genealogy our sources record no deed of hers — she is a princess of the Perseid citadel defined by kinship to the taskmaster king.2
