Pausanias carries the Anaxagoras line from Alector to Iphis, and then to Sthenelus son of Capaneus — the Epigon who inherited the native third. After Troy, when Amphilochus migrated to the Amphilochians and Cyanippus died without issue, Sthenelus also absorbed the Biantid share before his son Cylarabes became sole king of reunited Argos.2
