Pelagon (Ancient Greek: Πελάγων) of Pylos is a warrior whom Nestor arrays beside Alastor, Chromius, Haemon, and Bias when Poseidon rouses the Achaeans in Iliad 4. He is a native of sandy Pylos under Nestor's command and must be kept distinct from Pelegon/Pelagon father of Asteropaeus and from other Pelagon namesakes.

Iliad 4.295 names mighty Pelagon among the Pylians Nestor stations when the earth-shaker stirs the Achaean ranks. Beyond that muster-line he has no separate combat narrative in Homer.
A different Pelagon removes the spear from Sarpedon's thigh in Iliad 5 — a Lycian companion, not this Pylian. The atlas id pelagon-pylian is Nestor's man alone.

Distinct from pelegon-paeonian (Axius' son, father of Asteropaeus), from Pelagon of Phocis who gave Cadmus the cow, from the Calydonian hunter, and from Pelagon/Pelasgus son of Asopus.
