Apollodorus counts Iphimedon among the sons of Eurystheus whom the Athenians killed in the war over the Heraclids — listed after Alexander and before Eurybius, Mentor, and Perimedes. Their deaths preceded their father's flight and slaying by Hyllus at the Scironian cliffs.2
