In Greek mythology, Aigalus (also Argalus or Argalus; Ancient Greek Αἴγαλος / Ἄργαλος) is the eldest son of Amyclas of Sparta who, in Pausanias' Laconian king-list, holds the throne after his father before the kingdom passes to his brother Cynortas — a brief link in the early Spartan succession between Amyclas and the Hyacinthus house.

Pausanias names Argalus (Aigalus) among Amyclas' sons and records that he succeeded his father; Cynortas then takes the throne — either directly after Argalus' death or, in compressed versions, immediately after Amyclas. The reign itself is almost without narrative: he is a succession node rather than a saga hero.
Homonym care: keep this Laconian king distinct from any later historical or local namesakes. The atlas id aigalus-sparta is the Amyclid king alone.
