Son of Helios and Perse/Persa — Helios fathers the house but never reigns at Aea. King of Colchis when Phrixus and the Argonauts came; father of Medea and Apsyrtus, who appear in his era but do not take the Colchian throne in the seven lenses.1

Brother of Aeetes (Hyginus: son of Sol) who seized the Colchian throne after the Argonaut affair. Not the Titan Perses, nor Perses son of Perseus.2

Aeetes
Restored when Medea returned unknown, killed Perses, and gave the kingdom back to her father — she does not reign at Aea.3
