Thoas or Thoon (Ancient Greek Θόας / Θόων) was one of the Gigantes who assaulted Olympus. In Apollodorus' Gigantomachy the Moirai (Fates) kill him and Agrius with bronze clubs — a Giant distinct from the Lemnian and Aetolian kings named Thoas.

I.Gigantomachy
Apollodorus (Bibliotheca 1.6.2) lists the Giant whom the Fates club to death beside Agrius. Other Olympians destroy other Giants by their characteristic weapons; Heracles finishes the wounded with arrows as the prophecy requires.
The atlas id thoas-giant (kinds: giant) is this earthborn foe of the gods. He is not Thoas king of Lemnos (thoas-lemnos), nor Thoas of Aetolia (thoas-aetolia), nor the Homeric Trojan warriors named Thoön.

Keep the Giant apart from mortal Thoas kings and from Thoön son of Phaenops (thoon-phaenopid) and Thoön slain by Agamemnon (thoon-trojan).
