Electra is one of the Pleiades and a daughter of Atlas. By Zeus on Samothrace she bore Iasion and Dardanus. She is distinct from Electra daughter of Agamemnon and from the Oceanid Electra.

Apollodorus counts Electra among the Pleiades and reports that she bore Iasion and Dardanus to Zeus on Samothrace (Bibliotheca 3.10.1, 3.12.1).
Hyginus preserves the star-myth of her grief for Troy on the hero node `electra-atlas` (Fabulae 192).
