Cyllene is an Arcadian mountain nymph in Greek mythology, named by Pseudo-Apollodorus as a consort of Pelasgus and, in one variant, the mother of Lycaon. She must be distinguished from Cyllen, the male eponym of Mount Cyllene, son of Elatus.

In Bibliotheca 3.8.1 Apollodorus reports that Pelasgus begat Lycaon either by Meliboea, daughter of Ocean, or by a nymph named Cyllene.
Mount Cyllene in Arcadia is also named for the hero Cyllen, son of Elatus, and is famed as the birthplace of Hermes; the feminine nymph and the masculine eponym are distinct figures.
